The kitchen of an historical place
…or it’s better to say that is here that continued to live: where Zà Zà is today, in fact, there was already a tavern during nineteenth century.
Almost 50 years have now passed since Stefano Bondi, born at number 18 of Piazza del Mercato Centrale in Aunt Tonina’s old house, opened the Trattoria Zà Zà to the public.
